Before We Start - Zero
- I hereby apply for membership of Zero Bond. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the rules of the club.
- Please note that all sections must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the committee. Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and not considered.
- All information shall be treated in confidence.
- A letter of recommendation from a current member is not required, but encouraged.
- Zero Bond's current membership dues and initiation fees are as follows:
- General Membership dues are $3,850 per annum, plus a one-time initiation fee of $1,000. Under-28 Membership dues are $2,750 per annum, plus a one-time initiation fee of $750. Over-45 Membership dues are $4,400 per annum, plus as one-time initiation fee of $5,000.
- Under-28 applicants must be under 28 years of age at the time of acceptance, and applicants over 45 years of age at the time of acceptance will be considered for Over-45 membership.
- Both membership dues and initiation fees are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
- This form will take around ten minutes to complete.
